You do not have to order in advance as we always have plenty of seafood remaining, but we do recommend reserving your desired selection as we can sell out of certain varieties more quickly than others on a weekly basis
We update our weekly availability on the website every Tuesday and notify our email subscribers of what is available for reservation that week for pick up
We are only open on Friday and Saturday each week to ensure ideal freshness of our seafood each week. We sometimes have flash sales on Sunday so sign up for our email list not to miss out!
We take great pride in being transparent with the origin and freshness of the seafood we sell. The origin by product can vary on a week by week basis, but if you ever have any questions where your seafood is coming from feel free to ask and we are happy to tell you!
We recommend eating your fresh seafood within 1 or 2 days of purchase to ensure maximum freshness. Most in home refrigerators don't keep a cool enough temperature as seafood likes to be as cold as possible. We recommend keeping your seafood in a shallow bowl covered in ice until you are ready to prepare it for eating. If left in plastic bag, make sure to leave the bag slightly open to allow gases to escape.
