Origin: North Carolina
Varieties: Red, Black
Sourced locally from North Carolina, this skinless Drum fillet carries white, pinkish flesh with firm, moist, large flakes. Drum offers a medium flavor similar to a Red Snapper. Varieties vary per week, but Red and Black Drum are available mostly year round. Drum may be seasoned and enjoyed with pepper, sea salt, garlic, or old bay and serve it grilled, baked, broiled, or pan-fried.
